Pink and Purple Shimmery Eye

So adding pops of color is usually something most of my clients shy away from. They are looking for a natural warm toned bridal look so when I get to play with colors on myself I always have so much fun! When I saw this eyeshadow palette that I used for this look I was inspired again to play with colors like I used to when I first started makeup for fun and then professionally.

If you are first starting off with playing with colors for your eyeshadow look start with pinks and purples. They are easy colors to blend in with browns and other neutrals and you can make your eye makeup really stand out with little effort.

The look I did below incorporated bright pink, bright purple, and then a pop of shimmer right in the middle. I added the light brown and light pink around the edges to soften the look. Keeping the eyeliner on top the focal point and the eyeliner on bottom very light, the overall look was softer and not too heavy.
